Civics and Environmental Education Change Fellowship
ee360+ and the Cedar Tree Foundation are excited to invite applications for the CEE-Change Fellowship 2025! Applications are due April 23, 2025.
The Fellowship is NAAEE’s latest initiative to support leadership and innovation in civics and environmental education (CEE) across the country. NAAEE recognizes the value in bringing together environmental and civic engagement educators to learn from each other and collaborate to scale up our impact as we work to create a more healthy and sustainable future. Please note the 2025 cohort is open to U.S.-based applicants only.

Why become a CEE-Change Fellow?
The 12-month fellowship (July 2025 to June 2026) provides opportunities to learn, network, and share through online professional development, technical assistance, and face-to-face training. Fellows receive:
- Mentorship and an enhanced network with the Fellows cohort and the NAAEE community
- An in-person Leadership Institute August 24–29, 2025 (travel costs covered by NAAEE)
- Monthly virtual training webinars on priority topics
- Scholarship funds to attend the 2025 Annual NAAEE Virtual Conference
- Technical assistance in planning and implementing a Community Action Project
- Opportunities to apply for financial support for your project
- Individual and organizational recognition across NAAEE’s platforms
